HERE'S A REAL BEAUTY!! IT'S A PEERLESS GEM CIRCA 1890 30.5 INCH HAND LEVER GUILLOTINE PAPER CUTTER. I'm guessing that it's a really old one, 1890 or earlier. Oddly, it has had very little use! It cuts more squarely than most any lever cutter we've ever had. This is a really attractive and photogenic piece of equipment. Get it and you can probably rent it out to movies when you're not cutting up wedding invitations. It comes with a spare blade and both probably need to be sharpened.
